Terms and Conditions
Last updated: [DATE]
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gregchambers.coach (the "Site") and any free content or resources accessed through it. By using the Site, you accept these Terms.
Paid coaching engagements (1:1, group, retreats) are governed by a separate Coaching Agreement signed at the start of each engagement. These Terms cover use of the Site itself, free content, and any general bookings or enquiries made through it.

2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes and to engage with our services. You agree not to:
Use the Site in a way that breaches any law or regulation;
Misuse the Site, including by introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with how the Site runs;

3. Bookings, enquiries and intro calls
If you book an intro call or submit an enquiry through the Site:
The intro call is offered free of charge and carries no obligation on either side.
Booking an intro call does not create a coaching engagement. A paid coaching engagement is only formed once a separate Coaching Agreement is signed and any required fees are paid.
We aim to respond to enquiries within one to two business days.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or booking at our discretion, including where we believe the fit is wrong, capacity is full, or the engagement would conflict with our professional obligations.
4. Paid services
Where paid services (including 1:1 coaching, group programmes, retreats, courses, or other products) are offered or booked via the Site, the following applies.
Specific terms for each engagement, including fees, scope, schedule, deliverables, and cancellation terms, are set out in a separate Coaching Agreement or order confirmation.
Payments are processed by reputable third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added where applicable.
Where the supply of digital content begins immediately with your consent, you acknowledge that any statutory right to cancel may be lost (per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
Refund policies are set out in the relevant Coaching Agreement, order confirmation, or product page at the point of purchase.
5. Free content and resources
We may make articles, videos, downloads, and other content available through the Site or linked platforms (including the Mastery By Design Lab community on Skool).
Free content is provided "as is" for general information and personal development. It is not personalised advice and should not be relied upon as such. We make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Nature of coaching, and what coaching is not
Coaching is a focused partnership designed to help you clarify what matters, see your situation more clearly, and act with greater discipline and intention.
Coaching is not:
Therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment;
Medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice;
Legal, financial, tax, or investment advice;
Business consulting in the traditional sense, although the work may touch on business issues.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. If you are dealing with a mental health condition, medical issue, or any matter requiring professional advice in another field, you should consult a qualified professional in that field.
Greg Chambers is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and operates in line with the ICF Code of Ethics.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, frameworks, names (including "Mastery By Design Lab", "the Alignment Codex", "the Performance Tax"), images, audio, video, and other materials, is owned by Salamander Coaching Ltd or licensed to us, unless otherwise indicated.
You may view, share, and quote short excerpts of content for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, or commercially use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Confidentiality of coaching sessions, written reflections, and any personal information shared in the course of an enquiry or engagement is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the separate Coaching Agreement.
9. Testimonials and case studies
Where testimonials or case studies appear on the Site, they reflect the genuine experience of the individual concerned. We do not guarantee that any particular results described in a testimonial will be achieved by anyone else. Coaching outcomes depend significantly on the individual client, their context, and their effort.
