A private engagement for senior leaders working through something that matters.
Who is this for?
The leaders I work with aren’t trying to figure out leadership. They’re already doing it, often at significant scale, and they’re working through something that doesn’t fit the playbook that got them here. That might look like:
- A significant transformation, restructure or scale change
- A board, senior leadership or governance shift that’s changed the political terrain
- A succession decision, exit, or scope change you can’t quite see clearly
- A transition in your own circumstance or role that needs handling with care
- A personal reckoning — the sense that the next move isn’t the obvious one, or that the ladder isn’t against the wall you thought it was
- Performance that’s working externally and costing internally, and you’re done pretending otherwise
If at least one of these lands for you, the next step is a conversation.
How the work runs
A 1:1 engagement is structured rather than formulaic. The container is consistent, and what we work on is specific to you.
- Diagnostic and direction. We start by mapping the terrain: where you are, what’s in front of you, what’s actually getting in the way as opposed to what looks like it is. The output is a working agreement: what we’re optimising for, what we’ll measure, where I’ll push.
- Bi-weekly sessions. 90-minute private sessions every two weeks. No curriculum. The agenda is whatever is most consequential in front of you, plus the threads that run underneath it.
- Direct access between sessions. Voice notes, messages, the occasional call when something is in motion. Not unlimited, but real. The moments that matter rarely happen on schedule.
- Six-month engagement. Long enough for the work to actually land. Short enough to stay sharp and accountable. Some clients extend. Some don’t need to.
- Quarterly review. A structured checkpoint against the working agreement. What’s shifted, what hasn’t, where we recalibrate.
Investment
1:1 engagements are priced per engagement, not per session. I’ll share specifics on the intro call once I understand the scope and fit. The investment is meaningful. It’s intentionally that way. The leaders who get the most from this work are the ones who treat it as seriously as they treat any other strategic decision.
For 1:1 private clients I offer a full refund guarantee: if you’re not convinced of the benefits of working together after the first session, I’ll refund all of your money.
What happens next
The next step is a 30-minute private intro call. No charge, no pitch. We use it to talk about what you’re working on, what you’ve tried, and whether what I do is the right fit. If it is, I’ll send a proposal. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you, and where I can, I’ll point you to someone who is.
Capacity is limited to a small number of active clients. If the fit and the timing are both right, we’ll find a way to start.
